Together you get to experience the wild and scenic Rogue River and make memories that last forever. All Group Excursions are contract required adventures with a streamlined reservation and ticketing process through our Group Sales Team. Please click below for details on the type of group excursions that best fit your needs.
Standard Group Excursions
Minimum of 20 PassengersReservation Requirements and Policies:
50% deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Final payment of the remaining balance is due 60 days before scheduled departure.
Tickets are non-refundable unless Trip Protect is purchased at the time of booking.
Trip Protection makes an associated ticket eligible to receive a refund of the full ticket price IF canceled at least 24hrs before scheduled departure.
The Trip Protection cost itself, $7.95 per ticket, is NOT refundable.
Group Excursions do not guarantee an exclusive boat, available seating will be filled with other ticketed passengers.
12% Booking Fee on all tickets.

Boat Buyout Excursions
Maximum of 55 PassengersReservation Requirements and Policies:
Pricing is based on the adult ticket price, for all 55 seats, regardless of passenger age, for the excursion of your choice.
50% deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Final Payment due in full 60 days prior to scheduled departure.
12% booking fee on all tickets.
Trip protection for the boat is $437.25 for the entire boat of 55 passengers, is NOT refundable. (24-hour notice required)
Final passenger count is required 7 days prior to excursion for River Lodge meals. (No price change)
Exclusive departure/boarding when available (subject to special departure fee of $200)

Cancellations received 90 or more days before excursion date will be eligible to receive a full refund
Cancellations within 89 days of the excursion a refund would not be available if they did not purchase trip protection at the time of their booking. If the Group, having booked with Trip Protection, wishes to cancel their whole booking they would receive a refund of their total amount paid, less the $437.25 paid for Trip Protection and Booking fees. Without Trip Protection, within 89 days of the excursion Group is fully responsible for the full trip price. Partial cancellations are not offered.

School Group Excursions
Minimum of 20 PassengersAdventure for all ages!
At Hellgate Jetboat Excursions, we believe in the fun, excitement and adventure of learning outside the classroom! We look forward to the opportunity to introduce your students to the Wild and Scenic Rogue River and its unique History here in Grants Pass. Students will experience the sounds of the wilderness while learning about the majestic wildlife in their natural habitat.
All Excursions can be customized with less educational information, and more exciting spins!
Reservation Requirements and Policies:
Limited Dates Available. Excursions offered weekdays through the standard School year only.
School rates available May 1 – June 12, 2026.

4 Adults chaperones required per boat.
1 Teacher (maximum) comp for each 25 students booked. Additional teachers at chaperone rate.
Bus driver ticket excluded (unless purchased and going as chaperone)
Booking Fees Waived
May reduce up to 10 passengers if a group is > 100 without penalty.
May reduce up to 7 passengers if a group is 50-99 without penalty.
May reduce up to 5 passengers if a group is < 50 without penalty.
NO DAY OF EXCURSION REDUCTIONS ON MEAL TRIPS.
