Yes, checking in at the office is required.
While it is important to sign your waiver prior to arrival, signing a waiver does not check you in for your excursion.
It is important for us to verify that all waivers are complete, make sure you have your tickets, and get a confirmed passenger count.

Your check-in time is 30 minutes before your scheduled boarding time.
Please double check the time of your excursion as it is not possible for us to “hold the boat” for late arrivals.
Example: Your Dinner excursion time is 4:15pm. Your check-in time is 3:45pm.

- All non-refundable tickets are prepaid and 100% non-refundable. The only exception is if you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing the tickets.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of Purchase: The purchaser may request a cancellation and 100% refund if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of the time of the ticket purchase, and
- It is more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. No “day-of-trip” refunds are available.
(Refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment.)
- Trip Changes: The date/time/excursion type may be changed up to 24 hours before trip departure to an available trip within the same season, but any resulting price changes will be charged to the purchaser (in the event of greater ticket value) or forfeited by purchaser (in the event of lesser ticket value). Any additional charges will be charged to the original form of payment.

- Refundable tickets are prepaid and incur an additional charge (“Trip Protection”). Trip Protection must be paid for at the time of original purchase and the charge is 100% non-refundable. (Without Trip Protection, your tickets are non-refundable.)
- Cancellation within 24 Hours of Purchase: The purchaser may request a cancellation and 100% refund if:
- The request is made within 24 hours of the time of ticket purchase, and
- It is more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure. No “day-of-trip” refunds are available.
- Cancellation (24-hour notice required): The purchaser may request a cancellation and a refund of the ticket price provided it is more than 24 hours before their scheduled departure. No “day-of-trip” refunds are available. Trip Protection charges and Booking Fees will not be refunded.
- Trip Changes. The date/time/excursion type may be changed up to 24 hours before trip departure to an available trip within the same season, but any resulting price changes will be charged to purchaser (in the event of a greater ticket value) or refunded to purchaser (in the event of lesser ticket value). Trip Protection charges will not be credited toward any additional charges or otherwise refunded to the purchaser.
